| How can I make a reservation? |
Reservations are accepted by phone, mail or e-mail. Please see our Reservations Page on this site. You can secure your reservation with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

| Can we pay by check upon arrival? |
| Sorry, we require payment in full at time of reservation. |
|
|
| What are the check-in and check-out times? |
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
|

| What is the cancellation policy? |
| Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more notice required to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service fee. Twenty (20) days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or following season. No refunds or credits will be given for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. All holiday reservations are non-refundable/non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All seasonal deposits are non-refundable. If not arriving on your scheduled day, you must call and notify the park or your site will be forfeited as of 8:00 a.m. the following day. |

| Are you close to the beach? |
We are 20 minutes from local beaches.

| Do you allow bicycles and scooters? |
We allow bicycles only.
|

| Do you allow 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, golf carts, gopeds, mini-motorcycles of any kind, skateboards & go carts? |
Sorry, these are not permitted to operate in the Resort.

| Do you allow motorcycles? |
Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site. We ask that you walk them in between the quiet hours of 11 p.m.- 8 a.m.

| Do you allow pets? |
Yes, we are a pet friendly resort. Please visit our rules page for more details.

| Are pets allowed on the beach? |
Pets are allowed on the public beach before 9 a.m. and after 5 p.m. only from Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. No pets are allowed on the beach when lifeguards are on duty from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

| Is your pool heated and do you have lifeguards? |
Our pool is heated. All children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area because we do not have lifeguards on duty.

| Do you allow visitors? |
Yes. Campers are responsible for their guests. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. unless registered as overnight guests. Visitors arriving after 9:00 p.m. must register as overnight guests. All guests four years of age and older must purchase a guest pass. Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park.

| Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site? |
No, they cannot.

| Can we set up a tent for our children? |
Absolutely, if there is room on the site, and there is no charge if they are your dependent children. Dependent children are under 18, unmarried and living at home.

| You are a family camping resort, do you cater to singles? |
Yes, we cater to everyone.
|
|
|
| Are we allowed to have a campfire? |
Absolutely! Every site has a fire pot. We ask that you keep the fire pot off the grass and attended at all times. We asked that the fires are extinguished completely before retiring for the night.

| Do you offer internet connection? |
Free Wi-Fi hot spots are available 24 hours a day.
