Reservations
Reservations are highly recommended. Your credit card is processed on the day the reservation is made.
We require payment in full at time of reservation.
One (1) camping unit per campsite.
Base Rate includes for two (2) adults and three (3) children under the age of 18.
Additional guests are $5/day for adults and $3/day for children. Children age four (4) and under are free.
Additional vehicles are $3/day.
Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends require a three night minimum to book.
$3/night upcharge for Friday and Saturday nights.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for the following are nonrefundable and are not eligible for a camping credit:
Seasonal reservations
Holiday weekends
Cancellations made 21+ days of arrival:
Full camping credit for current or following season or
Refund minus a $50 cancellation fee
Cancellations made 1-20 days of arrival:
Full camping credit for current or following season
Check-In and Check-Out

Site check-in time: 2:00 p.m. Site check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
Cabin check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Cabin check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Please note we are on Eastern Standard Time.
All campers, guests and visitors must register and pay at the office upon arrival.
To extend your stay, notify the office prior to 10:00 a.m.
No tent or trailer set-up after 11:00 p.m.
Day guests must depart by 10:00 p.m., and overnight guests must depart by 12:00 p.m.
Management reserves the right to change, adhere and or amend rules, rates, fees and regulations without prior notification. Policies may differ at each Morgan Management Property. All parks are managed
by Morgan Management LLC, and separately owned and operated as their own Limited Liability Company, S-Corporation, or C-Corporation.
