How can I make a reservation?

Reservations are accepted by phone, mail or e-mail. Please see our Reservations Page on this site. You can secure your reservation with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

Can we pay by check upon arrival?
Sorry, we require payment in full at time of reservation.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites and 4:00 p.m. for rental cabins.  Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental cabins.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more notice required to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service fee.  Twenty (20) days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or following season. No refunds or credits will be given for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. All holiday reservations are non-refundable/non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All seasonal deposits are non-refundable. If not arriving on your scheduled day, you must call and notify the park or your site will be forfeited as of 8:00 a.m. the following day.

Are you close to the beach?
We are a twenty minute drive from Hampton Beach.

Do you allow bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, golf carts, skateboards?
Yes, we do. Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site.

Do you allow 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, gopeds, mini-motorcycles & go carts?
Sorry, these are not permitted to operate in the park.

Do you allow pets?
  Yes, we are a pet friendly resort.  Please visit our rules page for more details.

Are pets allowed on the beach?
  Pets are not allowed on the campground beach.

Do you have lifeguards at the beach?
  All children must be accompanied by an adult in the beach area because we do not have lifeguards on duty.

Do you allow visitors?
  Yes. Campers are responsible for their guests. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. unless registered as overnight guests.  Visitors arriving after 9:00 p.m. must register as overnight guests.  All guests four years of age and older must purchase a guest pass.  Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park.

Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site?
  Sorry, this is not allowed.

Can we set up a tent for our children?
  Absolutely, if there is room on the site (management's discretion).  There is no charge if they are your dependent children. Dependent children are under 18, unmarried and living at home.

You are a family camping resort, do you cater to singles?
  Yes, we do.  We cater to everyone.

Are we allowed to have a campfire?
  Absolutely! Every site has a fire ring. We ask that you keep the fire ring attended at all times. Fires must be extinguished completely when you retire for the night.

Do you offer internet connection?
  We offer a free Wi-Fi hotspot in the Adult Recreation Hall.
