Reservations
- Reservations are highly recommended. Your credit card is processed on the day the reservation is made.
- We require payment in full at time of reservation.
- Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends require a three night minimum to book.
- $3/night upcharge for Friday and Saturday nights.
- Payment in full is required at time of booking.
- A cash security deposit of $200.00 will be due at the time of check-in (refunded at check-out after an inspection of the rental unit).
- All rental guests must check-out at front office.
- All bicycles, mopeds & motorcycles require tags, which will be given free of charge upon arrival.
- No pets allowed in rental units.
- No smoking in rental units.
- No overnight guests.
